A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESCHOOL DIRECTOR

My name is Darleen Mayhugh and I am the Director of Trinity Christian Academy’s Preschool Program. I have worked here for eight years and it has been a blessing to be a part of this growing program. We have recently purchased property for our preschool which is located at 988 Elkcam Boulevard, just a half a mile east from our existing campus to better serve our preschool families.

Trinity Christian Academy is a non-denominational, early childhood education program. Our school provides care to children ages 2 years to 5 years of age. Since 1987, Trinity Christian Academy Preschool has provided high quality preschool programs in a safe, loving and nurturing environment.

Our goal at Trinity Christian Academy Preschool is to equip each child with a strong academic foundation, encourage good character and values, and strengthen socialization skills. The age-appropriate curriculum is designed to meet the needs of all aspects of development in a young child: gross & fine motor skills, alphabet recognition, phonics, math, science, music, Spanish, physical activities and a yearly fully-staged Christmas program.

As a theme-based center, the children will also learn about a wealth of topics as well as an understanding of the world around them. The daily stimulating activities offer children the opportunity to explore and learn with developmentally appropriate curriculum.

Trinity Christian Academy Preschool is a truly loving and nurturing environment with a dedicated staff and we are thankful for the opportunity to serve the children in Deltona and the surrounding communities.
